Pre-Licensure Education Course Application

Fee is $200 per course. The course is certified for 3 years.

These documents must be included with this application:
1. Course outline by topic with time spent on each topic indicated in segments of no more than 30 minutes, including exams.
2. Application for each instructor.
3. Sample course certificate to be given to students upon completion of course.
4. Online on-demand classes only: Copy of ARELLO Certification.
