Designated Brokers – Request to Change your Firm’s Contact Information

You will be charged $50 per license (firm, branches, additional licenses) with a maximum of $2500. Fees apply when changing the firm’s physical address information, the branch’s physical address or the additional license’s physical address. No fees are due at this time – the designated broker will be emailed an invoice for the firm address change fee.
You will not be charged for information that does not appear on your license such as phone number, email address or website.
